Once Peer-to-Peer Review is complete, expert reviewers and the Judging Panel will score and provide feedback on their assigned submissions using the scoring rubric.
NIH will review top-scoring submissions then select and announce up to ten Finalists who will each receive up to $45,000 at a virtual demonstration day in May 2024. Up to five honorable mentions will also be announced.

Let’s build community trust and improve people’s health and well-being.
The NIH Build UP Trust Challenge will aware as many as ten Finalists up to $45,000 each and the opportunity to win one of four $200,000 prizes for promising strategies that increase research participation and the adoption of medical care by building trust and improving engagement with communities typically underrepresented in research. Submissions have closed.
As part of its mission, NASA’s Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI) provides assistance in the use of crowdsourcing across the federal government.
